What a week!
We have had so many special visitors in this week. On Monday Dr Noor came in and spoke to us about the importance of washing our hands. On Wednesday we had a whole bunch of mums, including Karen, Noor, Dan Feng, Liang Min, Yvonne, Ann and Sol, come in and teach us how to make fruit salad. Today Yvonne and Liang Min came and taught us about Mid Autumn Festival and shared a variety of moon cakes with us. Thank you mums for sharing your time and expertise with our class.
It has also been a day of goodbyes. Today was Ava's last day at school and we had a celebration at the end of the day where the students shared compliments and comments with Ava and ate lots of yummy doughnuts together.
Good bye and good luck Ava, we will miss you.

Week returning to school:
- The homework that is posted on the homework page of the blog is available for you to do during the holidays, however if you are away and busy, you can complete it the first week back. You have two weeks from today to do the homework. Students who were at school today took home an A3 piece of paper. Those students who were not here can pick it up on Monday when school returns and complete it by that Friday (12 October).
