This week at school we have been learning how to write and perform poetry, and learning about our class UN week(s) country, Malawi. As well as countries that our friends are from. Tess Seizen's mum and dad came and talked about Holland and how to make cheese, we even got to taste two cheeses. Kayla's mum came and shared about Argentina, we played a fun whispering game, learned some Spanish words and listened to a popular children's book called Click, Clack, Moo, written in Spanish. If that is not enough we also had a fabulous Sports Day on Monday. Each student put their best foot forward and really tried their best at every activity. Photos are below.
Today we were fortunate to celebrate Luke's birthday, I believe he will be 7 million years old on Sunday. Happy birthday Luke!!
We got a message from Ava, she is settling in well to her new school. We made a short message and sent it to her. You can see it below.
