In Science we have been finding out about animals that live in China. We discovered that they lived in different habitats and places across the country. We found China in the atlas (we found Shanghai!) and then used geographical terms like 'mountains, desert, jungle, river and swamp' to describe these habitats.
In a typical Literacy Skills Lesson there will be many different activities taking place. Your child may be reading with a teacher, answering questions about the book or practising spellings by using letter-sound associations!
ee ea y e words!Max, Aidan, Jacob and Jude worked hard today to sort the words that sound the same but are actually all spelt differently! Well done boys! An nice trick to help you remember how to spell 'meet' and 'meat'! You eat meat. The two e's meet each other. Some fabulously neat work from this week!
