Using some great Maths vocabulary this week, our Maths class were exploring balancing scales and weight. We had a selection of objects in the classroom and had to discuss in groups which objects we thought were eavier than, lighter than and the same weight as something else. We then got to investigate weight using the balancing scales to find out and record our results. We also explored word problems involving measure and got to create some 1 and 2 step problems for a friend. Many new personal best scores for our Big Maths challenge this week!
