What have we been learning?
This week in maths, we have been learning about time. More specifically, we have been studying analogue clocks. Time is very tricky for children to learn so refreshing their skills regularly is extremely useful.

Skills
Counting in intervals of five; recognising that the hour hands as well as the minute hand; understanding that when the minute hand is on half past, the hour hand is halfway between the relevant hours; reading digital clocks; converting the 24 hour clock into a.m. and p.m.; and duration.
